Purpose of Processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling contact forms and responding to guest inquiries
- Accommodation and hotel service reservations
- Marketing communications (only with user consent)

- Fulfilling legal obligations

Retention Period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing:
- Contact forms: 12 months from submission
- Reservation data: 5 years from the end of the stay
- Marketing consents: until consent is withdrawn
- Analytics cookies: maximum 26 months
